“My background in psychology has given me an understanding of how injury and loss of capacity affect people not just physically but emotionally and psychologically. That insight shapes the way I work with every client and the way I approach each matter.
I have practised personal injury law through decades of reform, adapting to the many changes that have reshaped the workers compensation and motor accident schemes in NSW. Along the way, I have built the processes and procedures used by a number of prominent personal injury firms, and taken on cases that other lawyers considered too difficult to win.
My practice has included securing compensation for foreign nationals injured in Australia and helping those too seriously injured to return home to establish a path to remain here.
I am actively involved in the Chinese and Indian communities and am a longstanding supporter of the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia. Having served in the Australian Army, I also know firsthand that asking for help does not come easily. I make it my priority to make the process as straightforward and supported as possible, whatever a client’s background or circumstances.”
