Is there a cost for an initial consultation?
No. We don’t leave you wondering, and we won’t charge you for it. We’re happy to discuss your situation and provide an honest assessment of your case. Free of charge.
Will I be charged if we don't win the case?
No. We’re in it together and we fight to the end. Your success is ours. Should the outcome not be in your favour, we’ll feel the loss together. That means you won’t pay us any legal fees whatsoever. Sounds fair, doesn’t it?
Are there any upfront payments?
No, you will not be be expected to pay anything upfront. Some law firms want you to you pay for expensive medical consultations before they’ll go in to bat for you. We’ll cover those costs, get the game underway and don’t ask for anything unless we put runs on the board.
